With notable achievements spanning from the early 2000s through recent campaigns, he has demonstrated remarkable consistency and skill behind the wheel.
His breakthrough performances include a memorable Class 11 victory at the 2001 Baja 500, where he mastered the demanding stock VW sedan category that represents the purest form of desert racing. He followed this success with a Class 5-1600 triumph at the 2002 Baja 500, showcasing his versatility across different vehicle platforms and his deep understanding of Baja's unforgiving racecourses.
Beyond his class victories, he has proven his endurance racing credentials with strong finishes in the grueling Baja 1000, including a notable third-place Class 7SX finish in 2017 as part of the Alonso Gonzalez team. Racing alongside respected co-drivers Miguel Padilla and Alvaro Frayre, he helped navigate their Ford Ranger through over 1,100 miles of Mexico's most challenging desert terrain.
