From the heart of Imperial Valley's desert racing community, this 2009 ARCA champion has successfully transitioned from NASCAR's national spotlight to become a respected competitor in SCORE International's premier desert racing series. The Brawley native brings championship-level experience from his NASCAR Truck Series career to the unforgiving terrain of Baja California, where precision and endurance matter more than pure speed.

Listed among SCORE's celebrity racers alongside legends like Robby Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, and Mickey Thompson, Lofton has earned his place in desert racing's elite ranks through consistent performances in the sport's most challenging events. His Trophy Truck campaigns demonstrate the same competitive drive that propelled him to victory lane in stock car racing's developmental series.

The 39-year-old veteran understands that desert racing demands a unique skill set, combining high-speed navigation with mechanical sympathy across hundreds of miles of Mexico's most punishing landscape. His participation in events like the legendary SCORE Baja 1000 represents the ultimate test of man and machine, where only the most determined competitors reach the finish line.
