Julian Guerra

Goleta, CA - #750X

Biography

A veteran of SCORE's most demanding desert races, this Goleta-based competitor has carved out an impressive career in off-road racing's most challenging arena. His expertise shines brightest in the grueling Baja 1000, where he has consistently demonstrated the endurance and technical skill required to conquer the peninsula's unforgiving terrain.

Competing in the highly competitive Pro Moto Limited class, he achieved notable success as part of winning teams at two of SCORE's most prestigious events. In 2003, he joined forces with Joe Desrosiers and Mark Daniels to claim victory in the legendary Baja 1000's 1,013-mile Ensenada to La Paz marathon. The following year, he returned to the winner's circle alongside Desrosiers and Jesse Sharpe, conquering the 1,013-mile peninsula run once again.

These Baja 1000 victories represent the pinnacle of desert racing achievement, requiring not only exceptional riding skills but also strategic navigation through Mexico's most treacherous terrain. His ability to maintain competitive pace over such extreme distances while managing the physical and mental demands of multi-day competition has established him as a respected figure in SCORE's elite racing community.
