Fresh off his commanding Class 7 victory at the 2025 BFGoodrich SCORE Baja 500, this San Juan Capistrano-based desert racing veteran continues to prove his elite-level competitiveness across multiple decades of SCORE competition. The recent Ensenada triumph marks his second Class 7 championship at the legendary 500-mile desert race, adding to his impressive collection of Baja Peninsula victories.
His desert racing résumé spans an extraordinary career that bridges his renowned background as a Formula D Drifting National Champion and Hollywood stunt driver with serious off-road racing credentials. Beyond his current Class 7 dominance, he captured the SCORE Baja 1000 class championship in 2020, conquering the world's most grueling desert race. His 2018 podium finish with third place at the Baja 1000 demonstrated the consistent excellence that has made him a fixture among SCORE's celebrity racers.
Listed among the elite celebrity competitors who have tested themselves against Baja's unforgiving terrain, he brings a unique combination of precision driving skills and Hollywood action experience to the desert racing arena. His continued success in Class 7 competition showcases the versatility and racecraft that have defined his multi-disciplinary motorsports career.
Rhys Millen talks about winning the 53rd BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4 Wheel Parts in Class 7, and describes the unique vehicle he used to win the race.
The Car and Truck classes vary as much as the obstacles on the course during the SCORE San Felipe 250. From trucks to rock-crawlers and Baja bugs, racers use their vehicles of choice to challenge themselves and their vehicles to finish and win. Among this year’s group, the Class 7 racers have begun to see more competition from factory and individual teams. Leading the effort is Jeff Proctor of the factory Honda Ridgeline team, who are just as organized as some of the SCORE Trophy Truck teams. Read More
