Racing out of Guadalajara, Mexico, Cesar Vela has established himself as a formidable competitor in SCORE International's desert racing series, consistently challenging the field across multiple classes. Most notably competing in the demanding Class 1/2-1600 and SCORE Lites divisions, Vela has demonstrated remarkable versatility and endurance in some of off-road racing's most grueling events.

The Mexican racer has become a regular fixture at the legendary Baja 1000 and Baja 500, where he's proven his mettle against international competition. Racing alongside family members including Jorge Vela, Cesar has made these events a family affair while maintaining serious competitive focus. His entries have consistently featured custom-built machinery optimized for Baja's punishing terrain.
