His standout performance came at the 2018 SCORE Baja 500, where he secured a hard-fought third place finish aboard his Honda CRF450X in the solo rider category, demonstrating the remarkable endurance and skill required to complete one of off-road racing's most punishing events.

The 2018 Baja 500 performance particularly highlighted his resilience and preparation, as he navigated the treacherous 542-mile course through Baja California's unforgiving terrain. Competing against seasoned veterans like Francisco Septien and Jose Carrasco, he showcased the mental toughness and physical conditioning essential for Ironman competition, where riders tackle the entire distance solo without relief drivers.
