Biography

Racing out of the San Bernardino Mountains in his DunnTech-Chevy, this veteran desert racer brings decades of experience to the challenging Class 3000 division. Known for his methodical approach to Baja's unforgiving terrain, Fraser has established himself as a consistent competitor in SCORE International's premier off-road racing series.

The 58-year-old driver has assembled a formidable crew including co-drivers Mike McClintock from Yucaipa, Jim Knox from Redlands, and Sean Dunn from San Bernardino, creating a Southern California-based team with deep local knowledge of desert racing. Their Class 3000 entry represents the technical pinnacle of short-wheelbase open-wheel competition, featuring the sophisticated 2.2/2.4-liter Ecotec engine platform that demands both precision driving and mechanical expertise.

Fraser's participation in the legendary Baja 1000 showcases his commitment to conquering Mexico's most demanding off-road challenge. The brutal 1,000-mile marathon through Baja California's diverse terrain tests every aspect of preparation, from navigation and mechanical reliability to driver endurance and team coordination.

Operating from California's Inland Empire region, Fraser represents the grassroots spirit of desert racing, where local talent and dedication often triumph over unlimited budgets in the quest for Baja glory.
