SCORE International airing 2015 SCORE Baja 1000 TV Show

ENSENADA, Baja California, Mexico – SCORE International has announced that starting tonight (June 26) the 90-minute telecast of the 48th SCORE Baja 1000 in 2015 will be available for free viewing starting tonight (June 26) at 6 p.m. PT.
Hosted by Cameron Steele and Jarod DeAnda, and produced by award-winning  BCII TV in association with SCORE International, the show will be available through the SCORE website as well as the SCORE YouTube page.
Staying consistent and relatively conservative, desert racing ‘dream team’ of Las Vegas’ Rob MacCachren and San Diego’s Andy McMillin benefitted from racing good fortune to overcome a typical challenging 821.38-mile course and over 200 challengers, driving to the overall and SCORE Trophy Truck victory Nov. 20, 2015 at the 48th annual Bud Light SCORE Baja 1000.
When the results became official after review of the data loggers in each finishing vehicle by SCORE officials on Sunday morning (Nov. 22, 2015), the MacCachren/A. McMillin duo had rocketed to a memorable race around the northern part of Mexico’s mysterious and majestic Baja California peninsula. The daring duo finished the mentally-draining, physically grueling race that started and finished in Ensenada in 15 hours, 58 minutes and 33 seconds while averaging a solid 51.41 miles per hour in the No. 11 MacCachren Motorsports Ford F-150.
In winning the iconic Granddaddy of all Desert Races for the second straight year, they defeated a field a field of 239 starters in cars, trucks, UTVs, motorcycles and quads but needed a little assist at the end to pull it out. Finishing second physically, the review of the data loggers and subsequent penalties gave MacCachren his eighth class win and third overall title in this race and McMillin his fifth overall and fifth class win in this legendary event. The starting grid included 31 starters in the marquee SCORE Trophy Truck division for high-tech, 950-horsepower unlimited production trucks.
The exciting race action telecast highlights Pro Moto, Class 1, TT Spec, Pro UTV and SCORE Trophy Trucks from the starting line in Ensenada to the amazing finish that crowned both an overall winner and a new SCORE Trophy Truck 2015 World Desert Champion. The 48th SCORE Baja 1000 race show is the original TV broadcast but without commercial interruptions. It will remain available for SCORE fans to schedule their own watch party or view at their leisure according to SCORE.
