LEGENDS - Bob Steinberger the "Weatherman"

For 40-plus years, Bob Steinberger – aka The “Weatherman” – has been THE safety and logistics radio voice of SCORE racing in Baja. When race legend Bill Stroppe turned him on to SCORE Baja racing back in the 1970s, little did he know that he would become such an important and integral part of race operations and safety for years to come. Whether he’s calling out an accident on the course, or calling someone with bad radio etiquette “Richard Cranium”, Bob’s efforts in keeping racers safe and informed all these years make him a true legend of SCORE desert racing. Here is a huge THANK YOU from all of us to Bob “Weatherman” Steinberger – this is LEGENDS.
